1. Return Eligibility

Only regular-priced items may be returned; sale or clearance items are non-refundable
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged items not due to our error

Perishable goods (e.g. seasonal plants, pet food)

Gift cards or downloadable products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Wait for our return authorization and return address.

Ship the item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund based on the situation.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
